MedicalWe are a licensed assisted living supportive residential care facility. Our staff includes a Licensed Administrator, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurses, Licensed Nursing Aides, and certified activity program staff. We provide 24/7 nursing care, medication administration, emergency intervention, on-site PT, OT, ST, Lab, dietician, and podiatry services. Our nurses attend outside appointments with our residents and ensure that all residents have the equipment necessary to promote the highest level of independence. |
SocialLiving at the Gafney Home is not the end of our residents' social lives, but just another chapter. We offer a wide variety of fun activities, from birthday parties and holiday parties to sing-a-longs and days at the beach. Each resident is encouraged to foster friendships and create new memories to last a second lifetime.

EmotionalEach new resident faces the challenge of moving from their homes, leaving behind whole lives, and making changes. We believe each resident will "settle in" in their own time and our staff is here every step of the way, helping each resident navigate the sometimes bumpy paths of aging, adjusting to a new home, managing health care, and coping with grief and loss. |
SpiritualAt the Gafney Home we believe each resident has his or her path to God. As a non-denominational facility, we offer ecumenical services in all denominations. |
